Gender inclusion (Women & Girls Empowerment)

About the Program:

The MASTUL Foundation’s Women Empowerment Program is dedicated to uplifting underprivileged women in Bangladesh by providing access to education, skill development, and economic opportunities. Through vocational training, entrepreneurship support, legal awareness, and small business grants, the program enables women to achieve financial independence and social dignity. This initiative directly contributes to SDG 5: Gender Equality, by promoting equal opportunities and reducing gender-based discrimination. It also supports SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by integrating women into the workforce and encouraging sustainable livelihoods. By fostering leadership and resilience, MASTUL empowers women to become agents of change within their families and communities.
