MASTUL believes that community development works can be effectively initiated if the young people have an active part in it. To encourage young people to participate in community development work and to build their skills, MASTUL initiated several projects. Below major ones are mentioned:
Leadership and Skill Building Workshop
MASTUL Foundation arranges monthly leadership and skill-building workshop for young people to provide them knowledge about the importance of community development work and, why they should take an active part in it. These workshops also build leadership skill in them by providing them knowledge about communication, project management, networking, and others.
Community Development Work
MASTUL initiates community development and social awareness programs directed and coordinated by young people. Before the program, MASTUL arranges workshops to guide them in the ways community development works. MASTUL provides them guides and other support for the successful implementation of those projects.
Support Us
The youth will guide the way to a good future as long as they are groomed to be leaders. MASTUL Foundation fosters the qualities that are necessary for leadership. Our programs give the youth experience in engaging with the community to create a positive impact. Support us so that we can continue to organize youth development projects for our sons and daughters to take part in. It will benefit society and in turn the entire nation and beyond.
