INTRODUCTION

MASTUL has an orphanage near the Buriganga river, Dhaka, that gives shelter to 20-40 homeless orphan children. We provide food, education, clothes, entertainment, and everything else that a child needs to grow into a kind and outstanding citizen.

It is the home to children of all ethnicities as to us all children are like angels. And other than the children who live in our orphanage, around 50 children come to eat every day. Like any other organization, we have limited resources, but we try our best to do whatever we can if that means facilitating children beyond budget.

The Safe Heaven that we have created for orphan children ensures that children are not deprived of their basic needs. It is a secure residential environment where kids can relax and focus on just being kids. They do not have to go out into the harsh world and fight for survival as countless children do in Bangladesh.

Instead, they can study well and learn skills to earn an honest living when they are adults. We love our children, and we try to fill the void of a family by nurturing them with love and affection. 

Our children are very well mannered, and we are proud to say that our child specialists foster emotional growth, mental capability, and aptitude development effectively.

Why MASTUL’s Safe Heaven Orphanage Is Crucial?

River erosion is a major problem on the south and west side of Bangladesh. As a result, many families lose their homes and even their primary bread earners. As a result, around 50 children become homeless every single month.

Without their homes and parents, children become vulnerable to exploitation such as child trafficking. So instead of receiving a proper education, children end up begging on the streets so that they can earn for the awful child traffickers who barely feed the children. As a result, poor children suffer from malnutrition and other diseases without any help whatsoever.

There are about 1200 orphan children near the Buriganga river who beg and live on the streets in unacceptable conditions. That is why MASTUL’s Safe Heaven is so crucial. We give these children a place to stay, nutritious food, clothes, books, stationery, and toys. As a result, they do not have to worry about their next meal. Instead, they can relax and be a child.

About The Safe Heaven

Accommodation

MASTUL’s Safe Heaven has three cozy bedrooms with bunk beds for our children. Other than that, it has a spacious living room for relaxation and peace. 

The orphanage also has a learning center where our beloved children study with a loving and qualified teacher. There is also a game room that has toys and board games so that our kids can have fun and enjoy their time.

Last but not least, Safe Heaven has two bathrooms, one kitchen, one dining room, and one office room. Overall, it is a splendid place to stay and grow up.

Staff

Our orphanage is run by kind and loving staff members who pour their hearts out for the kids.

We have a security guard, caretaker, chef, teacher, and project manager. The kids seem to like the staff members a great deal because of their good nature and warm hearts. Together, the staff and the children are like one big family.

Support Us

With your help, we will be able to grow our orphanage and facilitate more children desperately in need of shelter, food, education, and love. Let us hold hands and promise to make a difference for the sake of our children.

We provide financial support to every sponsored child for their basic life expenditure, medical support, school expenses, clothes, shoes, books (extra books, art books, GK), class notebooks, stationery, and Nutritious foods. Our sponsorship program starts at just 1000 BDT or $13 per month in share or jointly sponsoring. You can also sponsor your child individually. Your support is to support the health and nutrition of sponsored children and their communities.

Sponsor An Orphan Child:

This includes sponsoring any child in the MASTUL Orphanage who is an underprivileged orphan or who lives below the poverty line or who comes from unstable background. This sponsorship starts at Tk 1000 for shared sponsorship and Tk 6,000 for individual sponsorship. The sponsored child will get basic life expenditures, nutritious foods, medical support, school expenses, clothes, shoes, books (extra books, art books, GK), class notebooks, and stationery.
