- Create comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and determine the most effective channels to reach them.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with journalists, media outlets,
- Manage the organization’s social media presence, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and tracking social media analytics to measure the impact of communication efforts.
- Internal Communication: Facilitate effective internal communication within the organization. Keep employees informed about important updates, events, and news through emails, memos, or internal newsletters.
- Plan and execute public relations campaigns to raise the organization’s profile and promote its initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels to maintain a strong and recognizable brand image.
Skills and Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Basic internet browsing, Google Drive etc
- Minimum 1-year experience in relevant field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Contractual (2 Years)
- Honors/Master’s degree from any reputed university in Education or any relevant subject.
- Any degree in Education Department will be an advantage.
Experience in relevant field is preferred
