ROBI Axiata sponsoring MASTUL Foundation’s Rehabilitation and Self-Reliance Project In Sylhet

The country’s renowned mobile network service provider company Robi (Robi Axiata Limited) has come forward to support MASTUL Foundation’s Project to rehabilitate 1,000 families and empower 2,000 people affected by floods In Sylhet for the indigenous people.

MASTUL Foundation has taken the initiative to empower 2,000 people and rebuild 1,000 flood-destroyed houses in the Sylhet region through a post-disaster management project called ‘Emergency Flood Damage Rehabilitation and Livelihoods for Flood Victims in Sylhet Region. The project officially started on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, when MASTUL Operation Team has begun to provide materials to build homes for 50 flood-affected families. It was officially launched at the Upazila office in South Sunamganj. MASTUL also plans to raise awareness of the importance of disaster management, restoration of damaged social resources, and attention to flood response. Therefore, Sylhet can prevent such turmoil and will not be a victim of flooding in the future…
